Meet the Chef

Alejandro Torres is a Spanish chef with a deep passion for cooking and more than ten years dedicated to the culinary world. Throughout my career I have travelled extensively, working across Spain, London, and currently the Netherlands, gaining experience in a wide variety of kitchens, restaurant styles, and culinary cultures.


Within Spain especially, I have worked in many different restaurants, continuously refining my technique, adaptability, and understanding of both traditional and modern gastronomy. My speciality is working in high-end professional kitchens, but I also enjoy high-volume service environments where strong organization, stress management, and leadership are essential.


I am known for being punctual, energetic, and highly committed to my craft. I have solid culinary knowledge, leadership skills, experience creating menus, organizing kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient service even under pressure.
